Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order at any time until it has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 6 hours of your purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You are eligible for a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:

You do not receive your order within the guaranteed time frame of 45 days (excluding 2-5 days of processing).
You receive an incorrect item.
You no longer want the item you have received; however, the item must be returned at your expense in unused condition.
Non-refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
